I agree completely with WebGizmos, however I can tell you that writing code for IE absolutely *SUCKS*!! It's implementation of DOM is piss poor and completely inconsistent. I really hope MS wakes up and makes 7.0 a browser worth using because 6.x is pathetic!! I'm not saying that Firefox is perfect but it is definitely more predictable when creating pages that use lots of DHTML to manipulate the page content using DOM methods.

What problem are you having? I've used the per app settings in WB5 without a problem. Normally after adding an exclusion you need to at least log off and then back on or just reboot to make sure the app is no longer skinned.
