Not to be devil's advocate here but have any of you tried the free version of Trillian (http://www.ceruleanstudios.com)? This client will allow you to connect to all of the popular chat services at the same time and you don't have all of the crap that the default clients load on your machines to worry about. This sounds like a case for the support forum, or more appropriately Stardock support. I have WB installed on my girlfriends computer and it works just fine for multiple accounts. I'm not sure if I ran the installer on both accounts or just on mine and then it worked for hers also but either way it does work. I would give SD tech support a chance as I'm sure they've seen this before and will be more than willing to help.. Good Luck!!
