I use Forte Agent... www.forteinc.com primarily a Newsgroup reader, but I have been using it for years and years and it sort of stuck with me, so I use it for email too.

I guess you could just write a function server-side to scan the uploaded image on the pixel-level for R G and B values and then make the wallpaper searchable by the appropriate colour majority.

Hmmm... I don't things will change THAT much over the next 10 years or so... but I do think these thing are likely: 1) Smaller, faster, smarter computers... WiFi wireless connections in everything; TV, DVD player, PC, keyboard, mouse, Speakers, watch, mobile etc... The annoying thing is; I was just playing around trying to make stuff look better and add some tags and stuff to the description, and a website link where people can find more of my icons. Hmm... oh well, I guess I'll just wait for it to be approved, but there must be an easy way to edit the descriptions though... surely?

Hmm... I just tried to edit the description on one of my icon packages, and now for some reason it's waiting approval? I haven't changed anything; just the text in the description... do we have to get approval everytime we simply edit the text? No offence, but that’s annoying.

Because that was the whole idea... as it is with the real Olympics (i.e. you represent your 'country' - e.g. a Skinning Community). If it was everyone representing only themselves then it would just be 'any old contest'. Another cool thing about it was that you got 50% of your prize and the skin site you represented got the other 50%... so everyone benefited really. I've got quick a few sets in the works... it's just finding the time to make the final tweaks to them and package them all up... I hope to get around to it in the next couple of weeks though.
