You can request whatever you want. Problem is that these artists make things for themselves. They do not work here/there. They just do it for fun, fame and/or glory. If they really think you have a great idea then you are in luck. Most of the time you are not.

There is a lot already. Look at the existings ones and see if there is one that comes close. Or better still, make it yourself. There is a first time for everything.
