I depends on the type of skin. Each skin type is usually for a particular applicaton. For instance, a WBA file is an WindowBlinds skin and requires the use of the WindowBlinds program. What you're pointing to in that screenshot is the regular Windows QuickLaunch bar. Just right-click a blank area on your taskbar, select Toolbars from the menu and select Quick Launch from the submenu. The QuickLaunch bar should now be displayed in your taskbar. Drag whatever shortcuts you want onto it.

I concur. Winstep (NextStart and Workshelf) are really solid, extremely flexible and very useful apps. The fact that they are skinnable is just icing on an alraedy impressive cake.
Jorge, great work. The new features and plugins are terrific. For anywone who's curious, Workhelf and NextStart are great, solid desktop applications. Very useful and very cool.
I like QCD quite a bit and find it to be far less piggish than Winamp 5 with a modern skin on my underpowered computer. It's about on par with with Winamp using a classic skin. That said, I've pretty much been using Foobar for the most part, especially with the UI Columns plugin [Message Edited]
