SOLVED: Windows 10 alert boxes have no buttons at all

I'll leave this post up in case anyone else makes the same mistake:  I forgot to disable WindowBlinds 8.

I just upgraded to Windows 10 Pro from Windows 7 Ultimate, 64 bit.  I then tried to Install Start10 and the alert box asking me to confirm the install has no buttons.  If I hit <enter> it closes the alert.  I tried WB 10 and the same thing happened.  This is not a Stardock problem, I imagine but does anyone know how I can get the buttons back? Or how to click Ok when I can't see the button?

I tried removing the UAC alerst but the alert to make that change has no buttons either.

I called MS support and she suggested unplugging the power supply from the computer.  I hung up.
