Why is it taking so long to process my order

from Stardock Forums

I placed my order for Object Desktop, Tweak 7 and Objectdock Plus v2 last Saturday. I was advised that it would take up to 2 working days to process the order. Well it's now another weekend and still when I log on it says I have no orders and strangely the shopping cart still says I have 3 items in it despite receiving an order confirming the order and giving me an order number 2171806.

Can someone from Stardock please look into this as I am getting concerned.

When I ordered Rebellion I was unaware that there would be an order processing delay.  Can anything be done to speed this up?  I apologize for my impatience--I'm American.

Same issues as the person above. I don't usually bitch about things like these but 4 days wait until your vacation is over sounds a little unfair. I'm yet to receive any kind of confirmation concerning my purchase. Can you help me out? Order number: 2231290.

I just registered my copy of Gal Civ II Ultimate with the Stardock Store, and it's not showing up. I can provide my serial number for the game on request.

Did you use this same email as the forum?  I'm not seeing the registration. Are you using https://services.stardock.net/accounts/registerproduct.aspx

Im a bit mervous too. I placed my order and got my confirmation from paypal, but have got nothing from Stardock, not a confirmation email or even anything showing in my account on thier site?

Ok so I bought sins of a solar empire trinity off of steam, i went to launch the game and then it prompted me with stardock acc info i created a account and then registration code i enter the code from the game and it says the code is invalid. so i tried going to stardock site and doing it and it will not allow me to do it there either, i also tried contacting steam and they told me that since it is a third party game they could not help me i went to mibbit and i talked to someone and he sent me here to get help so could someone please help me figure out how to do this?
