I purchased the Object Desktop package software expecting to use it as soon as possible but after I waited for half an hour, i did not recieve a receipt and could not see the softwares in the Stardock Central. Thinking that I have not purchased the software i have gone and bought it again. but nothing Happened. 

So can I please ask the support group of the software to look in to my account and rectify the problem please. 

I was expecting to download and start using the software as it is standard offering with most software companies these days.

We don't have anything to do with Skyrim... if you made a purchase from GameStop you'll need to ask on their forums or contact their support. GameStop has owned Impulse for more than a year now.

Hey I ordered SoA: rebellion, twice actually, mistake hehe. thougt i forgot to push the buy button since it was still in the chart. also i got billed twice but no download option or anything.  NAB-390-73078 is the ticket code.

Would really start to pay this game with my friend and defeat him hehe

Hello, could someone kindly look into my order for Rebellion as well please?  I just placed it recently thinking it would be immediate like Steam, but I like to purchase directly from the developer when possible to show my support, didn't think there would be a delay.  Unfortunately I didn't write down the order number as I thought I'd at least get an automated e-mail with the purchase info.  Thanks in advance.

Reading the above, seems my order for Rebellion is "stuck" as well. I'd really appreciate it if someone could give it a nudge!

I know it's been said before, but I feel I ought to repeat it: This is pretty contrary to expectations, immediate digital delivery is the norm (at least for games) & perhaps you should make a point of telling your customers before ordering if that's not going to be the case. Secondly, if it weren't for this thread I'd be pretty concerned right now, given the funds are held on my card, I've received no e-mail, and your store doesn't show the slightest hint of me having purchased this product. In fact it even implies I haven't by still showing it in my cart. I'm never sure whether Steam takes much of a cut from developers, but experiences like this make me shy away from paying developers directly.

This thread makes it seem tjat this happens a lot.  As a percentage of sales it's pretty tiny though.

The reason it happens at all is that Stardock is a pretty small shop and every sale matters and when we get hit by fraud . . .it hurts.  So we are pretty aggresive about looking for fraud and manually checking those sales that get caught in that queue.

It said one business day. I am not used to internet purchases for downloadable software to not be immediate. That being said what is the usual turn time for a download/email to arrive?
