Welcome to the 2nd Demigod Community Tournament Scheduling Thread

Please use this thread to schedule your matches. Remember, all teams are responsible for hosting and scheduling their own matches!

There will be a need to disqualify teams that aren't making the required effort to get their games in without penalizing another team that's doing whatever they can to get a match scheduled.  It's probably best if teams that are trying to organize matches go on record in the forums.  For instance, if I wanted to get a game going against AtMa and Ba, I'd post something like the following in this thread:

Atma + Ba:  trouser and pacov are generally available M-F from 5pm EST - 1AM EST.  Please let us know if some time in that slot would work for you or recommend a time slot that works.  I'll PM you in a few days if I haven't heard from you or we can discuss this on lagwars vent. 

Something like that.  If it comes down to disqualifying teams because they didn't get their match in, the more info and tracking you have indicating that you did your best to get the match scheduled the better.

And remember, you can use this thread, use pm's on the forums, use the lagwars vent, whatever method you want to get your games going.

 

 

So, all of that said, I'd like to kick things off and start checking in on folks availability for Saturday (10/16).  Ideally, I'd like to get as many people on at the same time on 10/16 and just get some games going to kick the tournament off.

going on record as saying that jon tricked us.  We were going to play a tourney match tonight - he said next game then quit. 

heh - I hope you don't think I'm that serious - but saying we'll play after this game then bolting = BOOOOOOOO

BOOOOOO

Anyway - maybe we/ ANY OTHER TEAM THAT WE HAVEN'T PLAYED YET can schedule a match sometime tomorrow.  And by schedule, I mean, tell us when you can play tomorrow.

Anyone can play today? I hope my teammates will be available, so would like to get as many games as possible

Edit: Oh and also. After Dq's there are so few teams left that... It would probably won't be so easy

Second Edit: I just found a problem of not finding any teams lately... Though not many left. So don't know how will it affect our team...

Yeah, you guys were all in one room, and then some people weren't and then we were in another game and then I had to go to bed cause I had to get up in a few hours. It got all confused. I'll take the blame for that one.

I will probably not going to be able to play for the tourney until the 8th of December. My monitor keeps going black all of a sudden and it is not very good to play a tourney game that way. It will be taken care of by the 8th. And then i will probably be leaving US for some backpacking during Christmas break around 20th of December for about 1-2 months. So i will pretty much only be available between 8th-20th of December. But i think there is still a while for us to play anyways and those 12 days will be enough to get our final games. Just wanted to Update my situation.

So, the final goal will be to have the tournament completely over by Dec 20.  I think that should be quite do-able.
