Good. While having Wiki in the name is misleading, I think it can be a very effective tool against corruption, which every country can do more to fight. Just because an entity that you might support  (the US military. even though from what I understand it wasn't that bad) gets a little bloody nose from it doesn't mean "OMG it should be blocked".

They certainly do a good job keeping us non-scientologists informed about the secrets of the universe you normally would have to pay thousands for. I like the way Scientology can't come out and say this because then their status as a religion comes into question.

Good. Totally. As long as they are careful for example when they probably should have redacted the names of Afghan informants when they released the documents referring to the international mission there. (to avoid previously anonymous informants being targeted by the Taliban)

 

So yeah if they are careful and sensible. Absolutely.
