If I'm not mistaken Vegas is kinda close to where the original game takes place isn't it? Of course the original covered about half the American West.

It's also a third person as well. I do recall that you had a choice to play in either mode.

I recently read a comment about Alpha Protocol which make sense in this case :

I don't know why but if you put a gun in player's hands, it has to be a FPS/TPS.
