Technically, the end of summer is mid-September.

I've always pictured summer as June-July-August but since every season is supposed to be four months it has to be April-May-June-July while autumn is August-September-Oktober-November (unless you think autumn reaches into January(!) then summer can't possibly include September)

That's how it works in Sweden at least

About not-MoM, it would be nice to know if they've made all the designdecisions or if they're currently struggling to decide how some important gameplay element will work.
Makes me wonder how their gamemanagement works. Like Blizzard who got a general idea and tries to get a working game A.S.A.P or if they talk about the design until like 90% have been decided and THEN start to code.

I got a feeling they got a general idea of how things will work and that they work out the finer points of design while simultaneously starting to code.

I want to know when they plan to announce it though....In like two months? Four months maximum?

The Summer Solstice (first day of Summer) is June 21. It's from then until the Autumnal Equinox, September 21. So Summer is barely a month over.

So each season would be 3 months, not 4.

Unless you're living in a universe with a 16-month year...

So then summer is June-July-August while autumn is September-October-November.

But, as mentioned above, when counting by solstices, you're talking slightly after midmonth (around the 20th, give or take), so simply naming months is misleading.

Bottom line: Expecting an announcement before the end of August is crazy.
