Well, the fault be mine for not mentioning that 'twas a Johnny Cash reference. 'Twas playing in the mini-mart earlier on the day I made the aforementioned post so it got stuck in me head as it were.

The real clue was the second line. 'Tis Hank, at your service, Genghis being an honorific of sorts in this usage.
