When I was a level 3 there were no ads. I know that I was a level 3. I crossed-referenced my account to get there. Now I can't cross-reference it again.

I know you can rate at level 3 because I had done so a plethera of times. I don't know whats going on. And I can't seem to cross reference my account to get back to my level 3 stat. When I attempt to croos reference, it says: Your customer information has been found. Your new User Level is 2.

Yes I have purchased Stardock software. Can you just please tell me how to my account? I lied when I set it up saying my name was Jack Squat. I need to change it. And my account. Should I just not worry about deleting my account and just make a new one?

I like Trillian because...well I don't exactly know why I like it. I just like how I can easily skin it and stuff like that. And a note to Wincustomize: You should have a Trillian skin section. )

But when I was a level 3 i was able to rate skins. You can't do this as a level 2. I had originally cross-referenced an account to get to level 3.

I am a level 2 when I was a level 3. I need to my account and make a new one so I can cross-reference my account again, so I can back to my Level 3 state. Can someone please help me?
