I need to my account. How?

I am a level 2 when I was a level 3. I need to my account and make a new one so I can cross-reference my account again, so I can back to my Level 3 state. Can someone please help me?

It appears there was a coding error which incorrectly had level 2 reading as level 3.  It's possible this is the case here...

But when I was a level 3 i was able to rate skins. You can't do this as a level 2. I had originally cross-referenced an account to get to level 3.

Have you purchased any Stardock software? If yes, then you should be level 3 (and should contact [email protected] ) ...... if not, then you should be level 2.

Yes I have purchased Stardock software. Can you just please tell me how to my account? I lied when I set it up saying my name was Jack Squat. I need to change it. And my account. Should I just not worry about deleting my account and just make a new one?

you can't rate at level 3 the last time I checked. unless you are an apprentice or higher (right?)

Both..........Apprentice and higher, or User level 4.

If you have purchased something then all you need to do is cross reference your account(s) so that the system knows you are a patron.  Cross reference your account here.

I know you can rate at level 3 because I had done so a plethera of times. I don't know whats going on. And I can't seem to cross reference my account to get back to my level 3 stat. When I attempt to croos reference, it says:

Your customer information has been found.

Your new User Level is 2.

There was a glitch that let some people rate when only level 3. That has been corrected.

When I was a level 3 there were no ads. I know that I was a level 3. I crossed-referenced my account to get there. Now I can't cross-reference it again.

One last time igloo.. if you have purchased any Stardock products, and you're have problems cross referencing your account..... contact Stardock support! They can help you, we cannot.
