Ok, I reinstalled Curtains in C:\Program FIles(x86)... I now owe the local admin big time .....[e digicons]:|[/e] But... that fixed it! Curtains works fine now, thanks! Might I suggest that the option to install Curtains into a custom directory should be removed as it just results in a non working installation? Many thanks & Cheers Thomas
Yes, the "Stardock Curtains" Service runs as "LocalSystem". In procexp I see 3 running processes running under "NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM" : one CurtainsSrv64.exe and two Curtains64.exe processes. One more info: Curtains isn't installed in C:\Program Files(x86).... but in C:\users\myuserid\utils\Curtains. (But this shouldn't be a problem I think)
Hello, I'm trying to run curtains on a System running Window 10 Enterprise 20H2 (OS Build 19042.804) using a MS Azure Domain account. Can run stuff "as administrator" though. After installation curtains can change some colors, but window borders or buttons and other items stay the same whatever I try. Tried with Curtains 1.15 and 1.17beta. Maybe something to do with the Domain Policies or Windows Enterprise Security? The "Curtains" svc is running Help p

IMHO people running on old HW would chose 32bit because of the lower requirements and they are also the kind of users who would like to make Win10 look more like a classic Windows version, perhaps thats just me ;-) So... people back me up on this and tell Stardock !
