Unless I am mistaken, INT only comes into play when you are talking with a reporter, which doesn't happen that often- in fact, you can skip those encounters altogether! Is the effect of INT on a conversation good enough to warrant putting points into it, or keeping it at level 5? How about all the 'core issue's?
