Speech/Ad Question

I've noticed my opponents giving speeches on characteristcs (Integrity, Intelligence, Charisma, etc). How do I do this? Anyone?

I appreciate the offer, but I'm not all that into live gaming.

But, are you saying that there is no way for a human controlled character to give a speech or create an ad about Integrity, Intelligence, Charisma, etc?
