Possible to rebuild unique government ships? in Galactic Civilizations III GalCiv3 Forums

Is it possible to rebuild the unique government ships? I have an interstellar republic and the Prime Minister's starship was destroyed -- any way to rebuild?

I don't play premade maps either and would prefer DLC content focused around more quests, factions, items, spells, etc.
