I completely agree with this suggestion. It's completely unnecessary to force users to take extra steps when closing a group can be so much easier. Unfortunately, Stardock doesn't listen to customer feedback, and apparently they don't have any competent UX people working on the Groupy. If they had any competent UX people working on the product, this would have been fixed a long time ago. Such a shame. :(

Can you guys please add a Close button? Virtually all Windows apps have a Close button in the title bar. Why not Groupy? It can't be too hard since you already Close All menu option. Bug: Automatically Grouped Windows Don't Automatically Group in Groupy Stardock Forums

This has been a problem for a while. I have, for example, all command windows automatically group. But when I click on Groupy's + button to create a new instance, the new instance doesn't automatically group even though I have it set to automatically group. I can e-mail a screenshot if it helps.

I use Groupy, but it's very buggy and the customer support is poor. I was looking forward to Sets because Microsoft could probably do a better job than Stardock. Oh, well. :(

Feature Request: Easier Way to Close All Windows in Groupy Stardock Forums

Can you add a 'Close All'' button to Groupy title bar? The functionality is there, but the UX could be better. Right now, to close all windows: 1) Click on the triple vertical dot button (not sure what it's called). 2) Search through the 9 menu options to find the "Close all windows in this group" menu and click it. That might not sound like a lot, but Step 2, could be completely removed if you just added a "Close All" button to the Groupy

Out of the blue, Visual Studio 2017 won't group. I did recently do a cumulative upgrade on VS2017; perhaps that has something to do with it? In any case, does anyone know how to get VS2017 to group?

I also reiterate that problem wasn't in the previous release of Groupy. This bug is something new with the last release.

I seriously doubt it has anything to do with corrupted system files. The most likely explanation is a bug in the code.

Wait - Am I to understand that you've had a major bug in Groupy for the past month and you didn't even bother trying to duplicate it until today?! In any case, try running multiple instances of Paint in the same group. You know, what Groupy is for?

Sorry guys, but the new version you just released is worse than the previous version. I tend to run my windows maximized. I just installed the new version last night, but I'm already encountering severe bugs with Microsoft Paint. When I run Paint in maximized windows, parts of the tool bars are being cut off and don't always respond to clicks. Again, no offense, but this is so bad, I'm not sure how this got past testing or why it was released publicly.
