So, is this going to happen?

Yeah & buggy as hell too. I posted before actually playing it. I was taken in by it's art style & low fantasy setting. It's not 4X either, more like King's Bounty.
Renounce the false prophets of Sorcerer King, AoW III & Heroes VII. Hosanna! The anointed one has come, like a thief in the night. Every knee shall bow.. [e digicons]O:)[/e] http://aterdux.com/projects/legends-of-eisenwald/ http://store.steampowered.com/app/246760/ http://www.m
Sorcerer King's artwork is looking fantastic! Legendary Heroes was a good game, with v ugly graphics (e.g. those leader portraits [e digicons]o_O[/e] ). So what I'd like to see is Legendary Heroes (or at least a synchronous fantasy 4X by any name) remade with Sorcerer King style graphics. [e digicons]:dur:[/e]

Heroes always looks great, the problem is the gameplay hasn't been updated since 1996. Heroes II & III were fantastic in their day, but I've no desire to keep playing the same game in 2015.
When will that YouTube replay be available?
What does "ethemeric" mean? Geniusisme, I'd like it if they addressed real issues too. One such, rather glaring, real issue is that all range units appear to be equipped with heat-seeking, solid-rock-penetrating missiles. Which real issues would u like to see addressed?
Will tactical combat be improved during the extra time that is now available before release? Will at least range penalties for obstacles and distance be introduced? I guess that would be a basic prerequisite for my other bugbear - sieges. Please could we also get some feedback regarding this? I.E. are attacks on settlements likely to be improved and better represented?
Regarding ranges, I personally would like to see some sort of range penalty to encourage units to get in closer
Well this is encouraging to read, especially as now that the release date has been delayed, issues like this will presumably be addressed? I think, other than squashing bugs, the extra 'polishing' time should be invested almost entirely into improving the tactical combat. Then you'll finally have

I don't think the size of the battlefield is an issue, as the walls need only take up one square and these squares would still be occupiable to allow troops to be set atop the battlements. But I guess it's safe to assume, from the deafening silence of the devs, that this isn't going to ever be addressed? Which is a crying shame, as it's an immersion breaker and, for myself, a game & deal breaker.
I've designed the perfect cover for Sorcerer King...behold! I think it captures the true essence of SK - brave warriors protecting their fragile castles with their bodies. I assume the cunning Sorcerer King has already deflated & stored his castle safely away, by the time of the final battle, which is why it's nowhere to be seen?
[e digicons]:D[/e]
Are the castles on the strategic map, in actual fact, inflatable jumping castles - that the defenders have to stand in front of in a desperate attempt to prevent punctures? [e digicons]
The battle with the SK takes place on a large battlefield with some rocks to break the flatness of the field. No castles or the like as far as I remember.
Oh dear, so not even..
Is it like? Or? Or? <
Awesome! So is it epic storming the Sorcerer King's citadel that he's had time, after crushing all opposition before the game even begins, to make nigh impenetrable?
How does the final battle against the Sorcerer King go down? I picture a massive assault on a formidable fortress, akin to Barad-Dur or Isengard, but I get the feeling that I'm probably going to be disappointed again...
Mhorohello I'd be happy if your suggestions were implemented. I.E.
I think that the settlements in this game should simply be hamlets or small villages. This goes with the scale of the "party based" experience and incr

I always check out Rock, Paper, Shotgun's ( http://www.rockpapershotgun.com/ ) coverage first. Well after metacritic.com, of course, but as metacritic just aggregates reviews from other sites, I don't suppose it counts.
