Sure, but you gotta admit that's a strange error message to be putting in a commercial product.. It's funny enough but I'm not sure it's really something that should be in a product not developed in someone's spare time and released for free. I'm certainly not implying it rates at the WTF level that most content on that site usually does but it is a bit odd.

I'm still torn about this new feature. It's a nice idea and all but seeing as Flash memory devices have a finite number of read/write cycles this feels a bit like a way to ensure people have to buy flash drives more often. I have no idea how many cycles you get but I have a 4GB pen drive that I've had for quite some time so it will be interesting to see how long it lasts.. Just something to think about.

Well, that's partially true.. Are the drives on different physical controllers on your mobo? If so, then that is true, however if they are on the same controller the benefit might be offset by the fact that the controller can only write to or read from a single disk at a time.

I really like it!! My only request would be to make the Next and Last page arrows different in some way so it's clear that they are actually different functions. As it stands you have to look at the tooltip to find out what each does, or assume that they do the same things as arrows on most paged datasets. Just a thought!

512Mb This is your problem. If you're using XP which I assume you are 512 MB is the bare minimum recommended for running the OS which will guarantee your system will feel slow even without any add-on applications.

I think you would need to make an image of it and then install it to the VM image. You might be able to use an iso or just use Ghost or a similar program to make an image.
