I like how the inside frame has that 3D effect with shadowing. Can you try adding that frame to the outside border as well to give the whole thing a 3D effect? kinda make it stand off the surface of the background. --Ace--

Sometimes clicking on the compatability view icon in the address bar is not enough if the particular website is not manually enabled for compatability view. This can be done from the tools > compatability view settings > then add website to the little box to make it compatability view capable. [e digicons]:)[/e] -- Ace -- edit : had this same problem
