I don't know the reason why RND. IconPackager also has the same problem, so I use this work-around to thwart the evil nomes that cause these probems.
I also had the same issue after re-installing SKS. I fixed it using the same procedure from my tutorial above.

I would be interested to know how many folks that are having this issue also have TuneUp Utilities installed on their systems. A couple of years ago, I used to use TuneUp Utilities, as it also has a theme changing option as part of it's programming. Then I decided I would give WindowBlinds a try, as it had many more skins to choose from and was very customizable. I guess I was quite lucky. I grew up in a farming community in NW Ohio. We all had treehouses, usually situated away from the main house and usually close to the fields. Lots of privacy for us kids who made it our mission to smuggle as many playboy mags as we could up into those sanctuaries.
