By the title you maybe able to tell that I like peacefull relations with my AI friends. Just because a Minor race is weak and undefended does not mean it is plump for invasion. Too bad AI does not see it my way. Sooner or latter in ever game the AI will decide to take out minor races. There is a cheat mode that you can enable. If you means ways to win and not have the game recorded as won in cheat mode the answer is strictly speaking and as far as I know, No cheats exist. Now several players, including myself use tricks which are legal, we term these tricks as cheeze tactics.

You mean if you enter the wrong serail number 3 times your out. I think you should be ok, and as long as you have a legal and valid serial number you can try and Email Stardock. What I always do with serial numbers if I can is cut the serial number from confrimatation email and paste in the registration page.
I do not want anybody to take this wrong. I am not asking anybody to fix this issue I only bring it up hoping it help for GCII. What happens when I submit a game in several cases. The game does not go in the Metaverse or it over-rights a game submitted long ago. Since games are being over Peace Pheonix suggested to me because I played so many games IDs are being randomly duplicated.

Sorry guys been on vacation. Try to answer a few comments. 1Gig of memory :) The cntr-n, cntr-u trick is cheese. Yes cranking out masos it not for everybody, I am also doing something else while I am playing. :) I use constructors for all of the above but mainly for extending range. Once I have diplomatic relations with everybody and maxed out on trade routes I build no ships. The AI I set to friendly. [Message Edited]

It does help only for Aliance wins it has a huge diplomatic bonus but is balanced by weaking the Military. Not sure about the culture flip question but I think you are correct.
I may of missed a thing or two. For example as you income improves you can increase speanding and drop taxes. Keep in mind I do not want to ruin the game for anybody. The main thing is the Time required you have to invest 4 hours a night for months to get 4million points and 1000 games.
All done it should take about 1 hour on a good machine, all media off, and auto save off.
