Something similar will be implented LittleOz. It will work like this: For the beginning, if you start a new pantheon "carrier" and have an Elo ranking of 1000 you will maybe be faced with bots. After you played a few pantheon games the system will check your stats and see: "Hey, this dude has already played some pantheon games. I´ll now face him with human only matches." So, the system will need a little data about yourself in order to match you up against humans
It´s taking a while to connect to the people in the game. Most of the time I´m fighting against this freeze in the server browser list. Maybe someone has already said this, but maybe you could take a look on Gameranger , a program which creates a VPN. With this tool, Demigod connection works really nice. And I don´t think that some of the connection code is changed, so maybe it could be a try :)
Yes, this is normal. At the start, you have only few units on the battlefield. While the battle is ongoing the army size of reinforcements will increase. In the end battles I have only ~25fps myself (3ghz dualcore, ATI4850, 4gb ram), because there are really mass creeps etc.
They are working on the connection stuff (I hope it will be better :) ). Gas Powered Games is informed about the favour point bug and will fix this one, too. Maybe you want take a look at the status updates from Frogboy/Draginol (same person). He describes the current problems and tells something about ETA to fix this. But I can understand your opinion. Let´s hope they will find those evil code fragments fast :)

I just had 3 pantheongames with 3 other humans and no AI [e digicons]:w00t:[/e] So I guess this has been a beta phenomenon.
I´m a little confused about this, too. Back in beta time, I palyed a few Pantheon games (so the matchmaking should think: woa, lets give him more enemies!). But I played a 4vs1 against one player, who just started playing Pantheon. And this two times in a row vs. the same guy . Wasn´t really funny for him I guess[e digicons]:([/e] I have no problem, if the game search thing would take more time. I mean, even in Battle.net I´m searching ~1,5 minutes for a lad
If the system is unaible to match you with humans, you will be matched up against AI.

You´ll get an mail from Stardock as soon as they send the keys out. If you have your key, log into Impulse an "add a new registration".
Both :) You´ll get a key from Stardock which you´ll have to enter in Impulse. After that you´ll be able to play online.
