The one real problem with the no HDR one is the fog of war can be 'seen through', though
You can see terrain through the fog of war in lots of games :P. As long as units and such are hidden, there is no problem.

No HDR is more "happy and friendly" because the brighter colors - the green and orange especially - are less dull than in the other images. Soft 100 is a little too blurry, as others have said. The Soft 75 gives it a nice look except for the detailed objects like the castle, which end up losing detail and feel less... defined. I think I like the mountains of soft 75 combined with the rest of the image in No HDR. I don't know if there is any way to combine them like th

Simspeed is the rate that the calculations for projectiles and movement and everything can be calculated. The simspeed that you see is really the maximum simspeed that your computer could run at that particular moment. If you play a game with normal game speed, it will run at 0 simspeed. If anyone's maximum simspeed goes below 0, the game will run at the highest speed that the slowest computer can manage. If simspeed goes below 0, the game will seem to happen in slow

I'm pretty sure Frogboy's post just included his own ideas, not the actual thing. We've actually known about Occulus for a while; we just don't know the reason why he was included in the files and whether or not he will be added eventually. He is probably the king you are talking about since in his unit.bp file it has a line that says Character = 'king', I think the "Bird" is just that - a bird. IIRC

350 is fine. If someone's ping is spiking (alternating randomly between high and low) the computers will basically get confused and the game will start freezing briefly but often.
i cant even connect to any games since last update.... thinking about getting my money back and play this game by hamachi...
You can't connect so you are going to get a refund and pirate it instead? That is just dumb.

I'm pretty sure there is no longer any ingame screenshot function (there was in the beta but it doesn't work any more). Your only choice is to press printscrn, open Photoshop or an equivalent, and paste.

1) All-Father was an older term for the Progenitor. They are the same god. 2) I'm pretty sure they are separate, though I don't know for sure; it isn't specified anywhere. 3) This hasn't been answered officially so all we have is speculation. You can read the stories at the official website - look under "The Game." 4) Whichever Demigod has the most favor with the other gods (favor points) wins. In the actual storyline/tournament mode, it is really eac
EDIT: Ooops, didn't realize this thread was very old... so the tournament was the big secret SP element? Or is there more to come???
As far as I know, the tournament was the big secret SP element. I doubt that more is to come.

Finally, a review that I approve of [e digicons][/e] ! The point of a review is to show potential players whether a game is worthwhile. What is the point of a review that is outdated two weeks after it is published? It is better to re-review if it improves significantly. The re-review shouldn't be quite as high-scoring as a game that is great right from the beginning, but it should still be kept accurate.

This was mentioned in the beta and I think the overall decision was that it was okay to do. The towers near it have been changed from arrow towers to ToL's IIRC and it is preventable enough (plus you can do it to the opposing team anyway).

Since the very beginning, the devs have insisted that this game was meant to be primarily multiplayer with a singleplayer that existed only as a training ground; this was only changed a little when Stardock joined the project. No one objects that TF2 has no campaign... and most RTS campaigns are horrid anyway.

Let me see if I can clear this up. Imagine you have 1000 armor. You will block about 28.6% of normal damage. Each point of armor will block 0.0286% of damage. If you buy some more and get to 2000, you will block about 44.5% of normal damage. Each point of armor will block 0.02225% of damage. Maybe you now have 4000 armor. You will block around 61.5% of normal damage. Each point of armor only blocks 0.015375%! As

The + and - thing isn't Poita's thing; it is in the game already and was present in Supcom as well. All Poita's solution does is tell Demigod to open the replay file :P

Singleplayer doesn't really have a campaign. The "tournament" mode, which is the closest thing to a campaign, is really just 8 linked skirmishes. Your standard skirmish games can be anything from 1v1 to 5v5, with uneven teams if you wish. There is no FFA.
