Somehow I disbled this icon from being visible in fence header, so it keeps clean, only with fence name. Now I want to change the view of files in folder portal (BTW; why it is changing on its own?) and I can't figure out how to make view icon visible again [e digicons][/e] Please advise!

I have exactly the same problem. For me it most obvious when I create new file directly on the desktop and then it appears that several other files (of different types even) got the same name. Also when moving files (usually it happens when trying to move just one file) some other files are moved between fences. To me it looks like Ctrl key woul dbe pressed during selection. Problem persists since I installed version 2.0.
HELLO THERE ! ! ! This is one of the most exciting features of DX and it DOES NOT WORK ! ! ! Anybody from Stardock can comment whats wrong ?
I checked few more gadget and some seems to work... I think those are created with DX Pro, so can be exported as stand alone oones. These that are created with non Pro version of DX are not working...
It is lates available on Stardoc Central - 3.49e(b).015. So I have no problem with exporting gadgets, but just cannot run them in sidebar
Just tried to create Vista Sidebar gadget with DektopX. Creation and export went fine, but then after loading gadget to Sidebar I get a message within gadget window stating that "DesktopX must be installed to use this gadget."... which obviously is installed. I tried to play with some gadgets created with DesktopX I found on Wincustomize - the same story. I'm using Vista x64 Ultimate. What's wrong? Mirekmal
So, recently I added second monitor to my PC (both connected to the same nVidia card) and now I want my bar to span across bottom part of both monitors. If the bar is docked to the edge of the screen it shrinks to single monitor If it is free placed on the screen, I can expand it across both displays, but than maximized windows go behind it (so status bar of window is hidden under the bar) <IMG src="smiles/Mad.gif" align=absMiddle bord
Interesting... it works, I can see all the icons now and also another issue gone, that I just wanted to start to complain; after recent upgrade of WB to latest data the first program that should show the icon in system tray was aborted with error message "cannot create system tray icon". Other programs were starting thou their icons were not displayed... Curious to know what uPnP network devices have in common with system tray <img src="http://images.stardock.com/sd_com/smiles/Yum.gif" border
Cool! Fortunatelly I do not use any other Stardock software that requires special support for systray I disabled both MCP related options in Stardock Central, applied settings and icons automatically appeared where they supposed to be! Thanks for hint! I hope this gets fixed for thiose who need MCP <img src="http://images.stardock.com/wc/smiles/Smile.gif" border=0 ALI
Well, it is very random... Usual icons that are not showing are Norton Antivirus, Logitech SetPoint, Creative Volume Panel, Samurize, Nero InCD... There are some that always shows; Windows Network status icons, Windowblinds itself... It is random up to the point that sometimes all icons show properly. On the other, extreme case; out of usual 14 icons that should be in systray I see only 4-5. Now, These icons are not present at all (I mean there is no emp
OK, I know it was discussed few times on forum already, but the issue is still there... some icons are not showing in system tray (and this is somehow random which ones), however respective processes are executed. I tried all hints from other posts (changing taskbar size to "skin decide", resizing the taskbar , etc.) but nothing works for me. If I unload WB and restart PC all icons are in place. If I apply skin icons are there. Another restart (or few ones) and some icons are gone. Changing to s
I tried this, but didn't helped... I found another solution however... I unchecked 'load at startup' option in DX configuration and placed shortcut to DX in Start/Startup menu. Now there is no cute startup logo but at least I do have all my icons back in system tray
yeap, I restarted... even if I somehow get icons back (crashing explorer, 12 ghosts), after restart these are gone...
SORRY not from trash, obviously, but from system tray
There is a component of Object Desktop that displays nice splash screen at startup of Windows and hides original Windows desktop untill DesktopX starts...Unfortunatelly, for me at least, the side effect is that majority of system tray icons are not shown, so I cannot access some of programs I placed there (MSM messenger, for example). I had this problem with beta of MPCORE.DLL (I think this is the name of component) so I uninstalled it and everything worked fine. Now, recently I ran Stardock Cen
