I just wanted to ask. When Stardock wrote the gamers bill of right and then when they created Goo, they stated that user will someday be able to resell its games because it's right. No publisher ever subscribed that (they hate second hand) but then I ask: will stardock let its game to be resold using Goo?

The retail situation in Europe is just insane and in the age of digital distribution, we’re just not willing to put up with it anymore. One world. One price. If there’s anything that would make the lives of Europeans easier in terms of getting the game via Impulse, let us know. I know people. You can say that, I really hope you'll make more effort in pushing other publisher to do so because this is also affecting your Impulse platform (that I w

ID, you should try Sam&Max for iPad. Not being an Apple fan (not at all) I'm kinda interested in iPad programming. Actually for work reason I started to look into iPhone programming (and it sucks, from language to IDE) and I think iPad will be similar but with more power and a better screen, something that was limiting in the iphone.

Good, really good. But... you should point out the issue in running it on the store page, the minimum requirement could make people thing that the game will run if you have that system or above which as you said it's not completly true. second thing: how come you manage to get regional price even for a '97 game? I wish it came out on GoG. indeed is good that you'll manage the support for the game and maybe you could even do something to make it run better on newer systems
Every so often I get a flame private message from a fan of one of our games telling me to “give Stardock a break” because they see one of my posts as “flaming” Elemental or Demigod or Sins or Galactic Civilizations. Just as a head’s up. I work at Stardock. I’m one of the developers on some of these games or am the product manager. It’s my job to complain about the games and to make them better. Please don’t PM me

That video doesn't say absolutly nothing. With that it seems that fences doesn't do a thing, 1.50 min was too much time compared to the things to say. A good things would be to see what a purchased version has more than the free one.

Still waiting Impulse to show again price in dollar to see how much european are ripped off with the alike steam pricing. Not displaying dollar price is a shady behaviour. I think for european the most fair way is to display dollar price and next euro price with a big warning that the game has not a converted price but a regional one.
Quoting MIK, reply 41 Don't like it. Well like it but No useful change. Demigod Demo is still visible even with "show demo" unchecked. right click the demo icon and click "hide"
I know. But what's the "show freeware & demo" option for then? However that was a minor thing, my greatest complain is how prices are shown.

Another not european release while it seems that Steam got worldwide again. Your agreement with capcom it's not so good. I'll go retail even this time :( Just a curiosity. Even Steam version has Goo?

Don't like it. Well like it but No useful change. Demigod Demo is still visible even with "show demo" unchecked. Two things I think must be changed. Background. Why can't we choose skin, at least basic one, like steam? Just to avoid this killing white background as an imposed thing. Most important, get back dollar pricing. I want to see the original price in dollar close to the euro one. Don't be like steam where I have to check sites to know regional prices and fake exchange ra

Stardock can choose to allow different pricing like we can choose to buy or not. I know that they would go for a real exchange rate instead of having to bear the publisher choice but in the end they choose to allow this because obviously it's better than nothing for them. But still this is a thing against customer like the thing like copy protection or other for the which reason the gamers bill of right exist. I wish Stardock could be strong enough to say no (I know it's not possibile, it's w
I understand, but I don't have the space to post exchange rate prices for everyone. This is an information post, and you can find the regional prices on the product page.
Thanks for the reply. But I have to point the fact that they are not exchange rate but different pricing fixed but publishers. An idea could be at least to color in a different way o marking in another way the price that are not equal worldwide (I think you could know

Cool. But please post the correct prices for the games those are the US prices but EU prices are different (and not only exchanged). Trine EU price is at least 10$ higher. I saw the price here and thought "cool" than went on the game page and thought "eww... same as Steam". Now Trine, in weekend deal, has almost the same price it should have normally (it's still higher however). I know (or hope) that it's not your fault but please remember that you have european customers too that pay even 30

Good except for the balance thing and lack of a demo. I have to say that Demigod deserved a barely average reviews not for the whole MP fiasco but due to the lack of care used in forging the game last details before release (read as released too early) and the lack of content. Totally negating the need of balance it's really preposterous. The MP fiasco is only a thing that delayed the game's completation.

Same here. I expect it to be corrected or more likely be wrote on the game page. It's not good to claim a game is compatible with windows xp without trying (and I think it's unlikely that there're people with directdraw disabled on that system).

While I still thinks that for most of this connectivity issue we should blame you and I also wish some of the balance of the game to be fixed up and this issue is only delaying that, I really appreciate the continuos reporting on what you are doing. That's a things that make a difference. I also thinks that as the things are now it's really better to take rest to do better later because rationally there's no improvement in trying work restlessy on things. So enjoy your rest.

I think that being the game so limited in other fields, having a lot of differentiation in multiplayer mode will be the only way to follow. Maybe in the future there will be many tournament or pantheon versione (like a true pantheon, with only one copy of a demigod to better follow the lore) and people could choose where to play. About me being a noob like many of you have stated, that's a really very mean way to avoid confrontation and game improvement. I admit myself to not being a
no thank you I dont feel like being limited from choosing the DGs I like.
But at least let people who don't like such situation and unfair gameplay to choose to avoid this game before joining. Or create their own game with such rules. Given the fact that the game is way far to be balanced and countering is difficult with the same copy of an unbalanced demigod, letting people choose is a thing that should be implemented.<
