For those of you who aren't satisfied with the information that Task Manager gives you check this out. All the information you would want about processes, drivers, modules and more. More information than I know what to do with. Free for personal use, 25$ for others. As the promo says Task Manager on steroids.

I wonder why I didn't have to do the uninstall-reinstall thing. Mine just simply updated and asked me to restart. same here. I saw in another thread that you installed over 4.6 as did I. I keep seeing recommendations from Stardock support people that you should uninstall 4.6 before installing WB5. Won

Good to know Fairyy~~. I've been cleaning out some stuff on my computor that I don't use. Just today I uninstalled Object Media thru SDC. After I restarted the DLL for AOL and AVG were missing and I couldn't start either one. Uninstalled and reinstalled and everything is fine. Not a clue why it happened. Was thinking about deleting some blinds I don't use, think I'll wait. As long as I don't mess with WB5 and load from config everything works so I won'

My sister wouldn't say. Everytime computors come up she repeats the story. Geri downloaded some music and there it was. She's 18 and I don't think she needs throbber support. Maybe a throb blocker. Might help with subscriptions if WC offered free throbber support. Just an idea, a bad one but an idea to go along with all the others that have come up from the freeloaders.

Personally, I think all internet users should take the time to respectfully get acquainted with their throbber. I hear that there are sites specifically designed for that. My neice downloaded some free music and got throbber support along with it. <img src="http://pdhomes.net/music/isleofjersey/gra

Neil, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. As you can see in the screen shot I had DE Evolution Black icon package installed. But there was something wrong with IP. As I was floundering around trying restore and various things all my themes disappeared from the preview window except for windows default and featured package. I think it happened when I hit search. I uninstalled IP and the CopperDeck logo reverted to normal. This CopperDeck thin

This link shows what I mean about the CopperDeck logo replacing the windows logo in all my blinds. Its not drastic but it is annoying. http://img402.imageshack.us/my.php?image=102820050547478rb.jpg

Now for something completely different. After downloading CopperDeck WB5 and changing skins a couple of times I noticed that I now have a CopperDeck icon in the upper right hand of any Windows window, My Computer, My Docs, etc., the icon is in place of the Windows Icon that used to be there. This occurs in any blind I try. I unloaded Window Blinds, reverted to Classic and its still there. Assuming that Window Blinds was really unloaded I tried Display

Sorry, I got interrupted by work. I'm using WB4.90g. I've used the tool tip load a couple of times since WB was updated to fix the tooltip no load problem and it worked fine. I've had the German start page a couple of times but didn't make the connection between the two till this happened. I can't use display properties to load a blind because it hangs and crashes FireFox and freezes my computer. The German thing doesn't come up after a restart, only a

Today I downloaded the CopperDeck WB% blind and loaded it with the tool tip. Using FireFox at the time. It took a while and when it did load FireFox was blank and the download also was. CopperDeck loaded on top of the previous blind Colony. I could still see header text from Colony under the transparency. Refreshed through WB, didn't help. Restarted and everything was fine. Went back to FireFox and it was fine. The next time I started up and went to Fi
