I am having the same problem many people have had getting a white screen. Stardock people have been saying this must mean your video card does not support Shader Model 2.0. I have an Intel 82865G video card. That is compatible with DirectX 9.0, which is the version I have installed. And DirectX 9.0 is compatible with Shader Model 2.0. I have the latest drivers installed. How am I still getting a white screen?
