There are exactly 43 unique icons, not including shortcut and sharing overlays. The file type icons are default icon, default document, bitmap, gif, jpg, text, and zip. I'll see if I can update the web page to be more clear. Obviously, the larger the icon set, the more expensive it is to make, which is why icon sets like Apogee cost more on their own than this entire suite.
I don't recognize it, but it looks more like a WindowBlinds or MSStyles skin than a DesktopX theme.
There is no need to downgrade to 4.6. WindowBlinds 5 is perfectly capable of running non-perpixel skins. Also, if you attempt to use a perpixel skin and your video card doesn't support it, WindowBlinds will automatically show the nonperpixel frames that all skins include. I meant that if you have blue text, and want to use a mouse over image, you should make one that looks good with blue text on it. Otherwise, you can delete the image, which will allow your mouse over text color to work, and just use the colored rectangle Windows draws. It will use the same color as the mouse over background for All Programs.
It's hard to say without seeing it, but I'll take a guess. Expand the Margins attributes for the Pull Down Background. There are 4 settings that control whether the outer edges of the image are tiled or stretched. They stretch by default. Maybe you need to set those as well?
Right-click your taskbar and select Properties. Uncheck the "Keep the taskbar on top of other windows" box. Now your widget will stay on top of the taskbar.
Unfortunately, if you use a Panel Item Background image (the one that appears when you mouse over an item), the mouse over font color is ignored. All you can do is make a mouse over image that works with that text color, or remove the image and let Windows paint a colored box instead.

Is it possible to remove the dropshadow from the start menu ? Yep, click on Start Menu in the list on the left (don't expand it). You'll see an attribute over in the right pane that says "Hide Panel Shadows". Just enable that and the shadow is gone.
It's not a Smart Button. Just add a regular button, like close or maximize, etc. and change its action to "make window transparent" or something like that. I forget what it says exactly, but it's in the list of button actions.

It looks like you should have submitted it to the WindowBlinds section rather than the Visual Styles section.
SkinStudio has a section for scrollbars. The quickest way there is to go to the main Window preview and click on the scrollbar. I'm not sure if scrollbars are skinned in the trial version of WindowBlinds though.
I think you need to finish skinning the Task Panel before your changes will take effect. Once you replace those header bars and up/down arrow buttons, I think you'll see your changes.

There are no settings in WindowBlinds that control system tray filtering. Windows does sometimes make me wonder how it determines if an icon is inactive though. You do have the option to always hide icons, if you want. I have most of mine set to always hide, except for a couple that I use regularly.
If you right-click your clock and select Customize Notifications..., you can't set icons to be hidden?

Ah, if you're referring to toolbar icons, I don't think the trial version of WB supports them. I could be wrong, but that may be the problem.
