Cable is a local monopoly and it should not be. Get rid of that, and you do not need any federal involvement (which always turns out badly regardless of the intent).

Good to see you back. Daiwa is probably the most active here now. I check in occasionally (once a week or so). But most of the others have slipped by the wayside. I do not remember when the last time I heard from Charles, KFC or Nitro. Leauki is now in Switzerland after bouncing around a while. He pops in on occasion as well. Island Dog being a moderator is of course always around. And BFD seems to have disappeared. He was posting regularly up to ab

So many slip through. Makes you wonder how the rich are so stupid, yet are rich.

It already is creating the underclass. While democrats rail against income inequality, it has grown faster and larger under Obama than under any Republican administration. When you have an elite with all the money, and everyone else that is "free" from work (as Obama is doing), those with the money are going to have a lot more than those who are earning nothing.

The 6th has recently over taken them by one method of counting. http://www.abajournal.com/magazine/article/a_sixth_sense_6th_circuit_has_surpassed_the_9th_as_the_most_reversed_appeal/ Still, a reversal of 100 out of 128 is not something to crow about.

Yes indeed, companies can screw you all they want! But then they will not have many repeat customers. I do not see it as being that much impact. But I am surprised the 9th circus went along with it.

CO2 has risen by 20% over the past 17 years, yet temperatures have not risen at all. So again, the question is how much does CO2 affect the temperature.<
I wonder what denialists will say about this.. To me it seems they don't believe in scientists.
It seems that you do not know science. Denialist is not a scientific or even a descriptive term. It is a pejorative term used by those lacking a scientific background to end a debate because they do not know how to debate the issue. The root of the pejorative comes from the Holocaust deniers.
