I bought mine for $19.99 at EB Games...the only reason we didn't buy the Political Operative Kit, is because we are well aware of shipping prices...also, I wanted to see the game before I bought the kit...it doesn't have a serial code?

It seems that the best combination looks upon the likes of a John Kerry-John McCain ticket or a G.W. Bush-Wesley Clark. As crazy as it sounds, it looks to be some of the best combinations, and can provide 'versatility' and also have you a diverse candidate as V.P. John Edwards' pick was extremely favored by Democrats, and some Republicans. This was because Edwards was a 'southerner'. If John Kerry picked someone like Joe Lieberman or Howard Dean, it wo

And, oh: John McCain, I just played some new political game, and it turns out that I won with McCain. On October 6th, I had Bush's homestate of Texas and every other state excluding Wyoming, Nebraska, and Idaho....And J.F.K: a good V.P. candidate, don't you think? Thanks. I'm saving this even though I don't have the game yet. I am supposed to be getting it this week. Thanks Jeffery! Deaniac

Actually, the electoral college voted for every president until the 6th president. That means G.W. Washington up to the presidency of John Quincy Adams (who actually lost the election, and cheated to win...)

I wouldn't like to 'cheat' in elections. It really ruins the game. I would play easy, easy, easy games until you think you're ready for moderate or tough games (I do this with practically all computer games). As you get used to it, you will understand more & you will be able to have 'strategies'. Good luck..

I am always looking forward to what happened in your election, etc. So post your screenshots here. For those who don't know how, go in and do your election, and click 'Print Scrn SysRq' next to the Scroll Lock on your keyboard. Go into Paint, or Adobe Photoshop, or any image device and click 'Ctrl and V' (the pasting button).

I was wondering if political genius Howard Dean was included in this game. Seeing Wesley Clark & Gephardt made me think that the guy that was 80% more famous than them should be in the game! thanks in advance, Deaniac

As long as G.W. continues to have his ranch in Texas: fat chance.... Anyway, the definition of a territory is basically 'what we conquered during one of those stupid wars'. These countries are shot around and treated like dirt, and are forced into supporting the U.S. during war, etc. etc. We call it a 'commonwealth', but how much of a commonwealth is it? I'd bet most people are clueless to the fact that the U.S. owns Puerto Rico in PR. I m

The electoral college has been with us, and it is damaging elections. This has occured in 1876, 1888, and as we know it in 2000. -1876: Samuel J. Tilden and Rutherford B. Hayes: Hayes won by 1 electoral vote. That is the closest electoral vote ever. Many called Hayes and the Republican party 'schemers' because they might've done something after hearing that Samuel Tilden had actually, and most likely won the election. Tilden had lost by one el

It wasn't a very hard find. My mom and I went into EB games (which happens to be called EBX for some reason) and the guy at the desk was reading about it. They're supposed to have it in this week. My b-day isn't for another week, but my mom said that she would buy it for me and not let me play it until my b-day.
