 I bought a program, I do tests and various hardware from my of course  

Question to the developer, 7 days have passed, I reinstalled about 40 times, the Windows program did not work, I studied a lot of forums for this program, I bought it in Steam, there is no key, I do not see it in the properties of the game, it is like in GTA 5   

 

How to clear the list and start using the program again I logged in to Steam to help me on this site someone did not help me in Steam and in Discord help to return to work and clear the list of authorized devices

I think you mean you uninstalled Windowblinds, not Windows.

Perhaps run winver and post your version of Windows.

Second, you activate Windowblinds by entering your email and password in the fields which open after installing.

No, there was nothing there, the program just started and started the robot and windovers and the program, I perinstalled very often the game, acquired in steam

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having issues. Firstly, if you purchased via Steam, it should only be install and activated via Steam. There are no keys provided for Steam purchase. If activation count exceed your max activation count when you trying to activate it on another system, Steam will ask if you wish to deactivate old unused activation to clear up activation slot for that new activation you trying to do.

As for your issue on Windowblinds don't work. Please try purge and reinstall steps as mention here : [Link]. Reboot after the purge. Reinstall only via Steam as step out in the guide I linked above. reboot again after the installation. Retest and report back here.

I don't understand what you mean by those screenshots and what you mean by these. Please elaborate.

Okey, so the issue is as following:

He has been reinstalling his windows multiple times. He then had to reinstall steam along with WB11. He has been using the same account the entire time. But now, he is at his 5th reinstall of WB11, hence his theory is that, he is out of licenses.

Above he was told that steam would ask about old licenses, however it does not happen to him. Instead WB11 launches, and then freezes.

Here he was purging the files:

The error reads "...WBCore.exe is loaded but no point of access for DLLUnregisterServer has been found.  Please check if [...]\WBCore.exe is correct DLL or OCX file and try again.

I'm not Support but I'm thinking he needs to do a purge, reboot and a reinstall of a freshly dl'd WB from his account.

Thank you everyone who were trying to help. I was on break, so sorry for the late reply. First, I am not sure what you mean by deleted Windows 5 time, did you do a Fresh Windows install 5 times? Or just Windows 11 install over 5 times. If it was the later, than the issue you having previously might still be there.

And For the purge issue, I am not sure about it. However, I have forward your problem/question to Stardock Support Team for their assistance. Please keep an eye on this thread for any updates.

Guys, it's a complete clean Windows installation of the software.
I sent all the videos and what I can't do. Everything was done on 3 computers.

Everything is very, very detailed, with videos in PM to Zabik.

We tried on 3 computers. The error during the purge is the same. Now I'm installing Windows and the software to install your WB program and check again, but I don't think it will be positive.

Regarding the refund, it's impossible, they rejected it 7 times. It's been more than 2 hours (meaning, it's been longer than 2 hours since the purchase, which is why Steam won't issue a refund).
