Question to the developer, 7 days have passed, I reinstalled about 40 times, the Windows program did not work, I studied a lot of forums for this program, I bought it in Steam, there is no key, I do not see it in the properties of the game, it is like in GTA 5   

 

How to clear the list and start using the program again I logged in to Steam to help me on this site someone did not help me in Steam and in Discord help to return to work and clear the list of authorized devices

I get the impression that you are a fairly young lad.  Is it at all possible that someone with more experience can help you with this process?

For now, dont worry about 'purging.  Make sure WindwowBlinds is installed and that he config for it opens, even if its this:

All of the skins for WindowBlind that should show there are stored here:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Windowblinds\

If you go there in Windows Explorer and its empty, the install was not allowed to write them.  That could be security you have on the PC or some restriction we are unaware of with the 'Educational' version of Windows. 

You can try downloading a skin independently in Wincustomize:

https://www.wincustomize.com/explore/windowblinds/9736/

After downloading and unzipping, double clicking it should 'install' it.

Then show up here

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Windowblinds

And in the WindowBlinds UI:

If that does not happen, again, something is restricting the writing to:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Stardock\Windowblinds

If you do see WindowBlinds themes but they fail to apply, please try doing so under a WindowBlinds clean boot:

Hello, I tried everything, on any operating systems in safe modes in all. and nothing helped me, I tried all editions of Winluvs, and even had a fight with the provider, I thought maybe 500MB Maybe this is not enough, but no. 1 gigabit completely new computer the program does not start, Buy a new program 3 in my steam account... Everything works Everything is fine. But I ask you, you know my Discord, I am ready to give remote access. 

I ask you if you really can’t help me give me the key my parents spent a lot of money on your apps and apps they are really good You can also help me and suggest new options on my new computer.

There are 72 gigabytes of free space on the drive, freshly installed Windows 10 on a new computer.

Dear friends, I will do anything for you, I'm begging you on my knees. I dream so much of just using your program, I love it so much. I felt the biggest joy when I first launched it on the 6th of that month, and I'm ready to hug each and every one of you. You've given me a ton of emotions, and there's no application in the world that's as good. I'll change my review on Steam, please think about it. If you really give me a key and one last chance, I'll never forget to remove the application before reinstalling Windows. By the way, I'm trying to uncheck all the boxes on all my devices every day, and the offer doesn't come up (😭). Help me!

Need more information please.

  1. We need your Windows full version number and OS Build number. Please use Winver.exe. Winver.exe is a program that come with every installation of Windows. To run it just search for Winver. It should appear. It should show something like this.
  2. Do you have ESET antivirus installed in your system?

To post a picture in the forum. Please use Windows program such as Microsoft Clipchamp it is a free program should be available in Microsoft Store. Once you have capture a picture, please use any of these two buttons to upload a picture.
