 I bought a program, I do tests and various hardware from my of course  

Question to the developer, 7 days have passed, I reinstalled about 40 times, the Windows program did not work, I studied a lot of forums for this program, I bought it in Steam, there is no key, I do not see it in the properties of the game, it is like in GTA 5   

 

How to clear the list and start using the program again I logged in to Steam to help me on this site someone did not help me in Steam and in Discord help to return to work and clear the list of authorized devices

There is no safe mode needed at all. For installation you just need to log in to your Steam account and install from within Steam. Something like screenshot below.

Report back once you have successfully install Windowblinds via Steam. Just make sure to reboot/restart after the installation is done.

Once you have installed and rebooted.. Press the the "Launch" Button in your Steam Library. Please refer to my short video below. Some system will take longer to apply a skin. Please wait.

Anyway, brother, I'm losing my mind — the program isn't working. I'm a father, and I have one last question for you: we're taking the program in Polaroid on a second account, completely reinstalling Windows, and recording a video.   1. Remove Windowsblinds from your steam account or whatever you get it from
  2. Reinstall a clean Windows system
  • Don't not login in your Steam account if Windowblinds is still on list once you reinstall your system
  • Have a clean Windows system installed,not backups or restore from previous system
  • If none of these steps work,you should have someone look at your system but online since you have hard time to express the issue you encountered.

Remove, mean normal uninstall or just delete the Windowblinds folder? But, why do you need to uninstall Windowblinds? Did you have issue while installing Windowblinds or after you installed Windowblinds. And you said you will post a video on your issue, we still waiting for your video.

Subject: Clarification on Device Limit for Program


Dear Stardock Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I have a question regarding the device limit for your program.

Tomorrow, my dad will be purchasing the program for me on a new Steam account. Before this, I logged into the program from five different devices. After reaching the maximum number of allowed devices, the program stopped working on one of my computers where it was installed. When I uninstalled it from a second device, it started working again.

To resolve the issue, I attempted to remove all data from my computers so that I could access the uninstall menu on all devices. However, I couldn't find the uninstall option. The program still believes that I am using it on five devices, even though I have formatted those operating systems completely five times.

Could you please assist me in resetting the device count or provide guidance on how to resolve this issue?

While many people here have tried to help you with your issues over several days, I feel there is no measurable progress being made.  Its clear this process has frustrated you as well.  

For these reasons, it would be prudent to seek a refund from Steam for your purchase.  If they will not allow for a refund, please create a ticket here and I will work out some other compensation.
