My windows are automatically getting pinned on top. I have observed this behavior after installing window-fx, however I am not able to find a solution for this.
Hello,Sorry to hear you are having issues. Please try the purge and reinstall as mentioned here: https://forums.stardock.com/485903/windowfx-support-faq#reinstalling
Please make sure to re-download the latest version from your account, make sure to reboot after the purge. Install again and reboot after it it done. Retest and report back here.

I've the very same issue in two different computers, the only workaround I have found is closing and re-opening the app.

Nope, the problem is still there, the browser is on top over all apps.
Right-clicked app's icon (upper left corner),make sure the "Pin on top" is not selected.
OK, it seemed several apps auto marked themselves with the pin on top option, thanks.
