General The Political Machine 2016 Troubleshooting
Below is a short list of things to try if you are having technical issues with installing or running The Political Machine 2016 (TPM16). If your issues is related to gameplay, items in the game, or any other non-technical issue, please use the TPM16 forums as your question has likely been addressed in existing posts: https://forums.politicalmachine.com/
If your issue has been mentioned, but not addressed in the forums, please continue with the steps below.
-Missing mouse cursor when in fullscreen mode
Navigate to your Prefs.ini - C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\PolMachine2016 - and change the following:

-Please ensure you are using the latest non-Beta driver from your graphics card manufacturer.
To check that your drivers are current, please use one of the links below for your video card:
For laptops, please note that you may have more than one video card (Intel + another brand) so be sure to update both if that is the case.
-Please disable any overclocking software (ex. EVGA Precision X) or graphical overlays (ex. Overwolf).
Overclocking your graphics card can often result in instability and unpredictable behavior, please try playing with the graphics card's stock settings. Additionally, applications that draw a graphical overlay (or OSD) can cause additional issues and should therefore be disabled prior to continuing.
-Try deleting the game prefs:

C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\PolMachine2016
-Resolution, Window, or Fullscreen display issues:
Modify the prefs.ini file from the respective Stardock game folder located here. Remove DisplayWidth and DisplayHeight and then run the game.
C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_USERNAME\Documents\My Games\PolMachine2016
