As for tilting the head back, a doctor told my mother not to encourage me to do that when I suffered chilhood nose bleeds... blood goes down the back of the throat and can cause complications/infection, etc.  He said the best thing was to lean forward over a sink and apply pressure to the bridge of the nose until the bleeding stopped. It worked for me... then my kids later in life.

Banned for down the back of the throat and blot clot is the result. Or should I say goal. I've never heard of letting the blood flow at will as a remedy for non-stop bleeding...

Banned for coagulation will happen and making it fight gravity while it's working on repairs can't be wrong. And you can still pinch your nose.    And wearing a tampon in your nostrils is probably not recommended. For the people that can see you.

Ceres is awesome because it’s a big and very old rock in space that was likely one of the runner-ups in the race to create planets at the ‘dawn’ of our solar system!  Not enough other rocks joined its party I guess!

No really, that’s not a joke, they really are there.  There are a few hypothesis running around…. but no doubt there are a great many planetary scientists itching to figure it out for sure!  I’m betting on them being patches of CO2 ice exposed to the surface by the impact that created the crater, but who knows!  Ceres will eventually lower its orbit to less than 500km above the surface so it should be able to get a pretty great look at everything.
