Banned by the freaky fact that it's raining "here" in January.       No moon though. 

Banned for it has been kissing down here ll day as well...  was yeterday as well.... too much more and 'mans intervention' in things will cause major flooding again in some areas.  A nearby suburb never flooded in the 45 years since i first first lived there, but since major upgrades to a nearby motorway, which now acts as a levee to keep waters in, nowadays it floods after just a few hours of rain.  same thing is happening all over the place due to over-development and a clear lack of careful planning/impact assessment.... not that anyone could tell the know-it-all engineers and/or town planners.

Banned for causing endless problems for people that know better and actually live there.    Do overs are so expensive and not to mention the giant sized egoes that would be responsible, so forget it being fixed.    You know, "what were they thinking?".  

Banned for they weren't thinking.... just ego caressing.  It's like the overpass that fell short 400m and doesn't gp 'over' the railway line... now there is a traffic jam every time a train leaves or enters Wacol station.  There were so many complaints over that 'cock-up' that a prominent gov't engineer was sent looking for another job.  Last I heard he has much time on his hands and probably spends it designing sandcastles on the beach after that major boo-boo.
