Well, that part I've managed to work through without a problem. I can have the Prometheus spawn three frigate versions of its separate hulls that all act indepdendently, just as normal frigates might. What I'm having trouble with is the reconnection of the three pieces. This has been the bane of my entire project, and something tells me that somehow (directly or indirectly) it was connected to the issues you guys had, as well. If not, maybe I could work out the whole thing for you... 
only way i can think of to remerge the 3 parts is to destroy two of them and have the third switch back to the original version, i would start this on the galaxy if i was you, less pieces

Constantly refreshing doesn't seem to make the mod come any faster . . . I'm confused!

lol as for this yellow alert stuff id ask shimmer i really got no idea 
anywho once the mod is released i would like to set up some online multiplayer games so lets say mm Sunday (of this week or maybe next or maybe next month or even next year ? i will post more details later once the mod is actually out)
i might see about putting up a list of what has been done for the feds / klinks well all the factions (if the rest of the mod team agree) + what still needs to be done (either via contributions from other people or what we have that still needs finishing)
as for the borg well... you will just have to wait for part two of the story + the Borg expansion
