It went well actually. Much to my surprise, there was very little waiting time, and I was in and out in just over 30 minutes. When the NHS is efficient, it's really efficient. When it's not... well...

Banned for doubt it.

Three areas that make this hospital suffer.

Under staffing,

lack of actually qualified staff( the staff is so under qualified that on more than one occasion people have taken advantage of hospital by pretending to have degrees and thus taking jobs that involved little work, that they couldn't do.)

And finally the biggest problem is that the Left hand does know what the right hand is saying( if you get what that means)

 I would go on but really, the tales of the Grenada General Hospital are depressing.

Doing. Every version of that expression I have ever heard uses doing instead of saying. And all of the tourism ads here actually make Jamaica seem kind of... third-world. I can assume its nicer than that since you appear to have Internet and a significant gaming budget, but I can't imagine the infrastructure is first-rate.
