The effects I did not create, I just used it. But like wise I am sure like all effects are created by changing the current texture file. Um, lol, my mod is totally not ready as I am using models made by others, I do not have the tools to create my own models, but likewise, I do know how if I had them and so I am just waiting on the release of other made star trek models and other tuned effects made by other people. I'm more into coding and as of right now I am tempting to create a stationed "space mine" a request by Ead a player over teamspeak. So far, my tempts is only by deploying a "Turret" and then having it stationed unable to move, and then set the range of its own weapon to like 10.000000 this way any passing ship would be destroyed.
Although this is not a space mine, its just another turret if you really look at it. So, I decided to deploy it as a "Seeker Space Mine" basicly, by deploying the new ship, it would seek out the enemy on its own by using the "Explore ability" from the scout ship. Now problem with this one is that it does not attack any ships unless provoke to attack, and not to mention the ship remains on exploring and does not stop to keep the attack up. Other words, the "Space Mine" is kinda out of my abilitys to create at the moment.
In my mod, its a "Star Trek" one but its more based on "Time" otherwords, realism to it. If you are building a battleship for instance, it will take much time for contruction. This is why in this mod, its important to expand and build more ship yards due to the limited of logicits you can have per planet and tactical. As I succeed in doing something, I'll show it off in videos for you all give you ideas for your selfs.
