He may not have come across in the best tlight because of his poor choices.  A nudge here might be more effective than a slap-down.  And if a nudge fails . . we can slap him down later just as well as earlier.

I do feel the need to mention it to anyone who isn't aware that the Terms of Service at the site explicity state that stalking is right out (section 3.i).  This applies to anyone on the site.

I can think of a certain someone who violates 3.i (harassing, or just being a plain negative nuisance) and 3.m on a regular basis and is for some reason still allowed to continue to do so.

BebiBulma, is it really necessary to drag something completely unreleated into an already volatile thread?  I think not.  Your opinions on the individual you refer to are clearly known.  If you desire to see further action taken, I suggest you email Jafo or Zoomba with your thoughts.  There is no point in bringing it up in unreleated threads.  To do so would constitute a violation of the same TOS section you quoted.

Now, can we please be patient until the original poster has a chance to respond here (and elsewhere) with regards to his actions/statements?

Since making docks are easy, make another one. Establish yourself and you'll see your ratings go up.  

Hey natas2, it is not a bogus system, but you are correct that most do not rate a skin when they download it. A large part of that is that, using your docks as an example, 81% of the downloads for it are by anonymous users, they can't rate anything.

As for the rating system, the moderators give you the initial rating. And moderators have lots of experience judging skins. Oh...and the stars are actually only 1/2 of a point. So, your 2 star rating is actually a four in the points system.
