Great game, neilo! Along with your other ZYWs and my submission last night of a 775k gigantic, we've passed the HCH by 51614 points and will have the 3rd place empire medal when the MV updates.

Nelio i was looking at you character and it says on a couple of your games you used cheats, i don't get it, you can cheat on the meta?

You can still submit the games that have been cheat flagged and as you saw they will show up in the characters games, but the points aren't added in to the totals. It's kind of a double punishment really since you don't get the points for the game, but you still get the score degradation by adding to the total number of submissions you have.

Yea, one of those games was a bug way back, it was DL game, right? There was an econ bug around that time that got me. The 2nd flag was when i started doing the ZYW's and i finished on April 1 not April 8th.

It's a shame that their there but, oh well.

A huge thankyou and congrationations to all the ToE members!! Who would have thought that after leaving the juggernaught of the HCH when they were in the number 1 position that we would come back to surpase them.

I think it is a great testament to the ToE members that, like you said Motti, the we can reach 3rd on the Meta (and 2nd in the Altmeta) with so few numbers. For comparison look at how we stack up with the other top empires.

Hmmm are you sure Motti? The points seem to have increased about 300K but we are still some ways off the HCH. Not far though!!

I track a bunch of MV data daily, and the ToE gined 229,77 points today. I think Motti was looking at his raw score and not what it actually added to his previous score.

The Tyrants will have a medal soon I'm sure!

Oops. My bad. I thought the raw points went into the empire score instead of the individual profile increase. I had neilo's 6 games and my 1 added up as a total. Sorry about the false claim. It's back to the grind then.

Well ive done a further 5 ZYW's for a Raw score of 475K. I'm not sure of the degradation though maybe we got 20% of that 475K? I'll be doing at least another (raw score) 1 mill worth of ZYW's today. Another day or two perhaps.....



I understand that mate, but as a "hook" to attract new players, do you think your theme is successful to date? I'm not trying to be an ass or anything mate, you will choose what you wish for your own empire idea, and the lizard theme is unique i grant you, but as something that will attract more members you would need something else IMHO.

I'm not saying change your identity but, again, IMHO i think the theme of an empire will be more attractive to a prospective member then MV position.

If you think about it, if someone were basing their empire choice on MV position and nothing else, where do you think that person will end up? A top 3 empire at the very least so they can have a medal and 90% of the time they will choose the number 1 empire, regardless of who it is.

I've found it to be a double-edged sword actually. As many people there are who want to join a top empire to get a medal, there are just as many who want to join an empire on its way up, and not already at the top.

Agreed. i originally joined the Colonial Fleet when i 1st joined the MV and they were in 7th i think at the time. Then Alex from the HCH pmed me and invited me to the HCH as the fleet were alreading dying. I think the HCH were in 4th at the time, and had they been in 3rd i would not have joined, i wanted to earn my medal.

But there are many who just want the gold......

Well once the AltMeta updates it will show that i have become the first player to break 10 million all time points. I have dropped in over 1.5M in ZYW's in the last 2 days and have broke through 300 games and have also broke into the Top 10 in the MV.

One can never doubt the usefulness of the ZYW. Im now going to push on to try and grab the number 3 place on the MV, which i hope along the way i finally find the next achievement medal as well.

Then i believe it will be time to retire the Centurion character.

A few more 100K and we will have secured that 3rd place in the MV and our rightful place as one of the top 3 empires.

Ok i broke 1 Million points on the MV and as it stands as of posting this, i am in 5th and KP is in 6th. We have been battling for a few days and we both have broke 10 million points on the Altmeta.

I should be in 1st or 2nd on the MV in a few days.

Sweet update on your scores! Always like coming back from the weekend and seeing good news. And yes, such a shame they took the medals away...even if it was by accident.

Couldnt let you claim to be the first player to rack up 10 million points Neilo! We'll reach that benchmark simultaneously, which I think is very fitting. Now I'll work on my 20/20 goal. 20 million points for the Kzinti Empire, and 20 million points all-time total for my three characters on the AltMeta.  :HOT:

Did anyone see "Password" last night? Its a new gameshow on TV. Anyhow, one of you has a stray Rosie Clone that escaped because she was one of the "celebrities" last night. I checked my stockade this morning, and all of my clones are accounted for.

On a related note, it was humorous watching her play the game. If you know how it works, you have a teammate and you can only saw one word at a time and you have to alternate. So, when trying to get Rosie to guess the word "Police", her teammate couldnt get her to guess it correctly, but when it came time to get Rosie to guess the word "Sandwich", all the guy had to say was "Reuben" and she was all over that answer like a fat girl on cake.

The Kzinti will never comprehend the Tyrants' endless obsession with these prodigious Rosie creatures. We admit they look like they would make for copious food-animals, but there are many prey species....any non-Kzin. We sense that they would not make for entertaining hunts either, too soft and weak. We are beginning to think that maybe these Rosies are the power behind the Tyranical thone. Perhaps some sort of hive-queen?

nice game Nelio, as for me, well i got to countinue working on my Geckodon tech tree some more and i am leaving for Las Vegas on Saturday and i'm coming back on the 24th around 1:00 or 2:00 in the moring so i won't be posting any games for a while.

Ahh the imagination of the weak and foolish. Only a frightened being would dare conjure up such nonsense in a vague hope of it being true and their lives being saved.

The ToE is more than happy for you to believe such nonsense if it makes you feel at ease.

As for hive-queens, we have our uses for such things, some slow roasted cashews and a bottle of Torian ale seems to go best with them.
