I feel I'm being profiled as well. How come most people who have been arrested have 2 arms, 2 legs, 2 eyes, a nose, 2 ears, hair, most teeth and a butt? This is profiling, I hardly hear of people with 1 eye, 1 leg or no legs or even 9 fingers getting arrested. That is just not fair.

No, I agree with you. I don't think what is alleged here was really racist. I'm not even seeing racial profiling as even being a bad thing, frankly, so long as there is due process involved.

True, self-loathing and masochistic anti-racism on the part of whites, especially liberal whites, is certainly disturbing. I don't think this a black version of such a phenomenon. Western whites and Jews are the only people who embrace self-hate sentiments. MAYBE the South Koreans too. I think the self-loathing and masochistic anti-racism are the main motivation behind the support that Hezbollah is getting and the hatred and vitriol the Israelis are getting. No I dont.  I live in Richmond Va.  We have a black mayor (and the only black governor to date in the 50 states).

He hired a black Police Chief.  From where?  Macon Georgia.  Ever hear of that place?  Check out Macon county line.  It is a movie.  But accurate.

And this Black Mayor (who I have met and respect greatly) and this black Police chief (I have not had the honor) is taking care of the city and trying to get it out of the top 10 of crime patrol.  And I am trusting them.  WHy?

Because they are not afraid to go after blacks who commit crimes, and they cannot be called racists as the blacks they pursue are not law abiding citizens, but criminals.  And they know it.

Perhaps you should read up on Lawrence Douglas Wilder.  He has a school named after him already, and he will be on par with Martin Luther King when it comes to blacks and what they have done to help all men, not just their race.

And that is why I see a lot of good coming out of this city in the next few years.  Not social programs, not Hand me downs.  But a man of the people that got 80% of the vote in a city that is about 50/50.  And was elected governor in a state that is about 22/78.

Because he is a great man, and he gets things done.  Not by crying, but by doing.

One of the weirdest things in the universe is a black republican or a gay republican, not that the mayor is. Social programs could have worked, but they were purposefully screwed; people could have been trained and not just fed and given a check. I don't know anything about the mayor, but I can write plenty just by the responses that you received, because they were stereotypical responses, but when my boyfriend comes home, him and I will Google that man. I didn't make that up. For the ones who think that race is not a social construct, then you must live on another planet, because it's been said for years now. There is no genetic difference. (Oh, wow, what a surprise! I am shocked!) By the way, I’m confused by what you said. A superiority complex doesn't mean that people have any basis for it; they just believe whatever because their grandpas told them that they were superior and they went along thinking it. (I can do great things! I can be an astronaut, go to space and be as far away from the ‘problem’ as possible. It will be amazing when the day comes when people go to space to avoid giving up the status quo.) But I know several things:

So says the man who views self-preservation as "arrogance." Racism, while not an admirable sentiment, was never capable of destroying Western man, and Western society. And yes, there is a strong overlap between Western and white. There's nothing wrong with that. If you are white and ashamed of being white, feel free to sacrifice yourself and your children on the altar of self-hatred and racial masochism. Don't offer me. The importance people place on one's race may be a social construct, but what someone's DNA, manifested in his race, is is a natural, biological fact. My DNA is my DNA, and how it manifests itself physically is an objective fact.

It sort of reminds me of part of George Carlin's standup when he poked fun at the phrase "happens to be," as in "happens to be black." Like someone is black by accident. He goes, "Did he have two black parents?" Yes Yes. "Did they fuck?" Oh, they sure did! "Then what's the fucking mystery? I think it would be more surprising if he 'just happened to be Scandinavian.'"

Inferiority and superiority are non-sequiturs. Which breed of tiger is superior, Siberian or Bengal? It's a meaningless question, because it may not have an answer, and it has no bearing on the fact that there are discernible differences between to two subspecies codified in their DNA and passed down to each successive generation.

I think you mean hominid species originated in Africa, because as far as I know, life on earth originated in the oceans. But again, that even modern man originated in Africa means nothing. Some homo sapiens remained in Africa, while the rest spreas to other lands like Europe, Asia, Australia, Polynesia, Melanesia, and the Americas. Genetic isolations of populations led to very physically distinct subspecies forming.

I agree that blacks did not ask to come to America. Blacks have had a pretty raw deal in America for the last 400 or so years. And if any black person in America still feels he is so deprived and would have had a better deal in Africa, we whites should pay reparations. But only if that black person lives out the rest of his life in Africa and never sets foot in a white country again. I think that's fair. $30,000 a year. It will go a long way in a place like Cameroon, Senegal, or Liberia.

What ever made you believe that the world was meant to be fixed? Sometimes what makes the world better for one person, or one group, or one religion, etc., makes it worse, sometimes a whole lot worse, for another. Remove the White insert "or lighter" and you can be describing Louis Farakhan.  The simple fact is that it is not limited to pale skins, it is a human issue that does transcend race.
