Dear Diary,

Still waiting for Gal Civ 2 to come out in the UK. To pass the time i've mainlly been working, sleeping, eating, watching the telly, more sleeping, playing Star Terk Amarda 2, Nexus, X3 and thinking about intalling Conquest Frontier Wars again........ Even thought today about playing with my yellow rubber ducky in the bath again to pass the time even more......

I don't know why I sold that game. It is awesome online, which a friend and I only found out about after I sold the game because of {NDA}, but {NDA} has since removed the game from testing. The game wasn't that great if you didn't know anyone else with it because very few people played, hence my selling it.

playing up to 16 maps at once was a grate idea, shame someone didn't take the idea for a better game or sequl......

I am currently trying to learn Latin (Me saepe erro. Errare humanum est.), working on a server side webapp and studying all at once. In my (very sparse) free time, I haunt these forums, play Civ IV and a little guitar. Oh, and every wednesday I watch Battlestar Galactica.

Right now, cursing Star Force for the last time and removing it. I am sorry for not listening to the warnings. After that maybe fire up ol' Morrowind for some indiscriminate slaughter or CIV 4. I'm so excited I can't sleep.

Belive it or not I just got back from "somewhere" to go see a game being demo'd and got five hours of play in on it.

Anyway the entire things under a confidentialty agreement so I cant say anymore then this but this game kicked ass and had great graphics...

that is all

Now I have to wonder if I violated the agreement by saying that much.

Strangely enough I had forgotten about GCII untill yesterday when I was browsing through all the random stuff on StarDock Central. It was part of the reason I registered almost a year ago but I had totally forgotten the release date untill yesterday. Now I can't sleep--If only I had waited another week, I could have lazily began playing GCII without any of the anxiety of anticipation. The humanity of it all.

don't know 'bout yall but up here in the North West...Seattle, Wa "The EverGreen State" we got some good homegrown action....our oldskool vcr clock is allways flashin' 4:20

When I wake up at 10:00 am to get ready for work by the time I leave I SHOULD just be about ready to D/L the game and be able to play when i get home at 3:00 pm PST....YAY for the time difference

Not sure which Iam waiting for more. GalCiv2 or my new Radeon X1900XT card. Probably GalCiv2

Can´t wait to install em both and try GalCiv2 on my projector with 100" screen. My projector lamp is moaning for mercy alrdy

But basicly waiting for GalCiv2 has been mostly finger nail eating and massive enxation build up. Only 10 more hours

im sitting around, watching some spike tv, thinking about playing GC1 but cant tear myself away from these friggin forums. still hoping beyond hope that our walmart will have it in stock today. by the way, shogun, you said you were from Ohio right? what part? thought it was interesting, its seems we are the only ohioans here. haha.

Sadly, no; I'm so hopelessly computer illiterate, that I've never been able to figure out how to install any mods onto the game. I've therefore been playing the "vanilla" version of the game ever since it was released.

I've been told both Ultimate and TrekReal are excellent mods and I'd certainly like to try them out, but I simply do not possess the rudimentary knowledge and skill necessary to install them (however easy it is for everyone else!).
