Toolbar Icons Support - WB 4.1 /win2k ? in Stardock Software WinCustomize Forums

I use WB4.1 / win2k. I have tried a few skins that use Toolbar Icons, that looks really nice. But I can not get those icons to show up in Explorer/IE6? Is this function just for XP? Or what am I doing wrong? tia \roamax
