debuglog.txt is growing and growing... in Fences WinCustomize Forums

After updating Fences Pro to v 1.00.4263 is see that the file debuglog.txt in C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Application Data\Stardock\Fences\TroubleshootingLog is constantly growing in size. OK, I found the "reboot-proof" solution. Thanx to Neils tip. You have to go to: Display properties -> Design Tab -> Advanced -> Other advanced options and I had to set the Active (or inactieve...) Titlebar to 18 in stead of the 22 it was set to. Could be that some previous skin had forced this setting? Anyway: it works like a charm now. Thanx for your reply Orion. Check the DPI settings and it was 96Dpi...I've never changed it. I know I can fix it temporarely by slsecting the default Win XP (Luna) style. The icons are normal then. I can then re-apply the wanted Windowblinds and it still is OK. But when I reboot the PC the icons get jagged again. Something that struck me on the screenshot you supplied, LeeUK, was that you got the line of the taskbar running through your Start button. This is something that I got too (with VistaXP). Perhaps this problem is related? Come on SD techies! Any hints?

OK, the above fix works. But it's "symptom extermination" only. I am interrested in how to prevent this from happening. It's a horrible thing to troubleshoot as the problem is intermittend: the icons are not always big at startup. More info: I got this problem since v3 (beta). "Modern" objects & widgets just don't work anymore since then. Is there a way to really completely uninstall DesktopX? I tried the following: Uninstall DesktopX via StarDock Central Manually removed the following folders: C:\Program Files\Stardock\DesktopX C:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Stardock\DesktopX And manually deleted the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Soft

As a devoted user and fan of better skinning I have quite a few skinning apps running (Windowblinds, DesktopX, IconX, CursorXP, Objectdock and more). BUG?: Windowblinds 5 in Domain - Roaming profile is NOT saved in WindowBlinds WinCustomize Forums

Hi there, I use a PC in an Enterprise domain that uses roaming profiles. (user settings is copied to the network at logoff and read during logon). When I have Windowsblinds 5 installed my user profile is no longer being saved to the network! Doesn't matter what skin I use. Even if I use Windows Classic. I uninstalled WB5 and it all worked OK again. Is this a known issue? Any ideas how to tackle it? Thanx in advance for the info. Che
